Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at losersnotavailable@gmail.com.
