Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
